UP19K-155 Thermal Laser Power Sensor Overview:

Nice, clean thermal absorber type laser power sensor made by Gentec. The raw output from a thermal sensor is about 0.4mV/W (400uV/W) which is hard to measure accurately. These modules have a low-noise, 1000X amplifier built in which produces an output of 400 mV/W which is easier to read with a typical voltmeter or microcontroller. These are powered by 12-15V at just a few milliamps.

The pinout is:
